If a UK ship is attacked outside the Gulf of Aden or Somalia region, who should reports be sent to?

An immediate post attack report should be made to the relevant Rescue and Coordination Centre (RCC) and through them to the law enforcement agencies or naval authorities of the port or Coastal State. (MGN 420, 32. 2)
