What are the BSF clauses?

A set of contractual clauses for incorporation in crew agreements of ships to which the National Maritime Board (NMB) Agreements applied up to 30 September 1990, when the NMB was disbanded.Β 

(The British Shipping Federation (BSF) was a member of the NMB, along with the UK seafarers’ unions. ) The BSF clauses incorporate the Trust Deed and Rules of the Merchant Navy Officers’ Pension Fund and Merchant Navy Ratings Pension Fund, the Merchant Navy Code of Conduct, and many other detailed terms.
