What are the usual agreements in a time charter concerning redelivery?

Charterers must normally re-deliver the vessel in the “same good order as when delivered to Charterers, fair wear and tear excepted…” at an agreed port or place and at the agreed time, with the agreed amount of fuel remaining on board.
