What details are usually recorded on a Certificate of Class?

On the front: the class notations assigned for hull and propulsion machinery (and in the case of a reefer ship, for refrigerating machinery). On other pages: annual/intermediate survey endorsements; endorsement of any extension of the special survey completion date; and endorsement of special survey completion.
