A list of the young persons who are engaged as workers on the ship, together with particulars of their dates of birth, and a short summary of the provisions of the Regulations.
(This list must be made at the foot of form ALC 1(c); the summary of the statutory provisions is printed at the head of this form. ) In a ship having no Crew Agreement (e. g. a ship of under 80 NT), the master must, if young persons are engaged as workers on the ship, keep a register of them with particulars of their dates of birth and of their dates of engagement on board.
