Following an ILO 178 inspection, what document will be issued by the MCA, and what should the master do with it?

The MCA surveyor will issue to the master a Report of Inspection of Seafarers’ Working and Living Conditions, an example of which is in MSN 1769. The crew must have access to this report; the master should therefore post it on the ship’s notice board. The report must be retained on board for 3 years.
