How are ship risk profiles determined from the parameters in the last answer?

The seven parameters are set out in a table in Annex 7 of the Paris MoU document.

Within each parameter are criteria which have a weighting (i. e. points from 0 to 2) which reflects the relative influence of each parameter on the overall risk of the ship. High Risk Ships (HRS) are ships which meet criteria to a total value of 5 or more weighting points. Low Risk Ships (LRS) are ships which meet all the criteria of the Low Risk Parameters and have had at least one inspection in the previous 36 months. Standard Risk Ships (SRS) are ships which are neither HRS nor LRS.
