The person operating the scheduled service must: (1) maintain an up-to-date list of ships on the service;
(2) send the list, with updates, to the MCA; and (3) ensure that, for each voyage made by a ship on the scheduled service, the information listed in MSN 1831 Annex B is kept so that it can be provided electronically to the MCA at any time, immediately on request.
