What operations must be recorded in a Cargo Record Book (lettered items only required)?

On a tank-to-tank basis: (A) Loading of cargo;

 (B) Internal transfer of cargo; (C) Unloading of cargo; (D) Mandatory prewash in accordance with the ship’s Procedures and Arrangements Manual; (E) Cleaning of cargo tanks except mandatory prewash (other prewash operations, final wash, ventilation, etc. ); (F) Discharge into the sea of tank washings; (G) Ballasting of cargo tanks; (H) Discharge of ballast water from cargo tanks; (I) Accidental or other exceptional discharge; (J) Control by authorized surveyors; (K) Additional operational procedures and remarks.
