If more passengers join the ship in the last question after the passenger muster has been held, must another muster be held?

If only a small number of passengers embark after the muster has been held, it will be sufficient, instead of holding another muster, to draw the attention of these passengers to the emergency instructions provided for every person on board and the illustrations and instructions posted in passenger cabins and displayed at assembly or muster stations.
