On ships fitted with davit-launched liferafts, when must on-board training in their launching be given, and what must the training include?

At intervals of not more than 4 months. Whenever practicable the training must include the inflation and lowering of a liferaft. The liferaft may be a special training raft that is not part of the LSA, but must be marked as such.
