What are the UK statutory requirements for musters and drills of rescue boat crews in Class I ships?

The crews of rescue and emergency boats should be mustered on the first day of the voyage as soon as possible after sailing and should be fully instructed and drilled in their duties. Thereafter they should be mustered and drilled at intervals of not more than 7 days.
