What duty, in addition to the duty to make a notification to the Chief Inspector, does a person reporting an accident have under the 2012 ARI Regulations?

So far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure that the circumstances of every accident are examined and that a report giving the findings of such examination, stating any measures taken or proposed to be taken to prevent a recurrence, shall be provided to the Chief Inspector as soon as is practicable.
