(1) Intentionally altering a certificate;

Β (2) intentionally making a false certificate; (3) in connection with any survey, knowingly or recklessly furnishing false information; (4) with intent to deceive, use, lending, or allowing to be used by another, a certificate; (5) failing to surrender a certificate required to be surrendered; (6) in Scotland, forging any certificate.
