What requirements affecting the ship are included in the ISPS Code?

Requirements for: 

(1) the making of a ship security assessment; (2) ships to operate at a specified security level (1, 2 or 3); (3) the drawing up of a ship security plan; (4) the issue, following audit, of an International Ship Security Certificate or an Interim International Ship Security Certificate; (5) records to be kept on board; (6) appointment and training of a Ship Security Officer; (7) ship security training and drills; and (8) completion by the ship of a Declaration of Security.
