What right is given to the injured party to a contract of carriage following a breach of warranty by the defaulting party?

The right to sue to recover any damages from the defaulting party. The injured party has no right to repudiate the contract, and must continue to perform his contractual obligations. Breach of warranty may be termed a non-repudiatory breach.
