(1) Ships of less than 300 GT; (2) fishing vessels with a length of less than 45 m; (3) traditional ships with a length of less than 45 m; (4) recreational craft with a length of less than 45 m; and (5) warships, naval auxiliaries and other ships owned or operated by the Government of an EEA State which are used for non-commercial public service.
