What special arrangements does COSWP advise should be made regarding safety committees where large numbers of personnel work in separate departments (e. g. in passenger ship galleys and restaurants)?

COSWP advises that departmental sub-committees should be formed on lines similar to those of the main committee and under the chairmanship of a senior member of the department who should serve as a member of the main safety committee in order to report the views of the sub-committee.
