They must not: (1) use any machinery, equipment, dangerous substance, transport equipment, means of production or safety device provided by his employer or the Company other than in accordance with any relevant training or instructions which have been received or provided by the employer or the Company in compliance with the Regulations; or (2) disconnect, change or remove or otherwise interfere with any safety device provided by the employer or the Company.
