On what parameters are ship risk profiles based?

The following parameters, using details of inspections in the Paris MoU Region in the last 3 years:

(1) type of ship; (2) age of ship; (3) performance of the flag of the ship (including undertaking Voluntary IMO Member State Audit Scheme (VIMSAS)); (4) performance of the recognized organization(s); (5) performance of the company responsible for the ISM management; (6) number of deficiencies; and (7) number of detentions. The first five parameters are called generic parameters, while the last two are historic parameters.
